وبما أننا لسنا بعيدين عن حركة المطالبة بالديمقراطية في مصر.
وبما أن مصر تفتقد لحق تداول السلطة منذ سنوات طويلة.
وبما أننا مع اختيارنا ” حتى لو كان اختيار خاطئ” وضد أن يفرض علينا الصواب.
ولأن البرادعي قادر على عمل معركة ، ونجاحنا في فرضه يعيد لنا و يمنحنا الثقة في قدرتنا على التغيير.
ولأننا لو فرضنا البرادعي ، بقدرتنا ، سوف نثق في قدرتنا على تغييره.
ولأننا مواطنون مصريين ، تم إهدار حقنا لسنوات في الاختيار.
ولأن النظام الحالي كاد أن يفقدنا حتى القدرة على الحلم.
وحيث أننا مع حق الجميع في فرص متكافئة ، وانتخابات عادلة.
ولأن الانتخابات النزيهة تعني بوضوح أن نقبل باختيار الشعب ايا كان.
وبما أن السنوات العجاف الماضية ، قد غيبت أي فرصة لظهور أي شخص بجانب الرئيس. رغم أن مصر ولادة وشعبها يتجاوز ثمانين مليون .
وحيث أننا لن نكون جونجوز ، نعمل على إرضاء الحكومة والتواطؤ معها وندير ظهورنا للناس.
وبما أننا من هؤلاء الناس لنا ما لهم ، وعلينا ما عليهم.
ورغم أن البرادعي ليس المهدي المنتظر ومن المؤكد أنه ليس المنقذ .
إلا أنه يمثل نقطة نور ، ونفحة أكسجين في عالم يختنق.
لهذا
فنحن نؤيد البرادعي ، ونعمل معه ، فإن اصاب دعمناه ، وإن أخطا قومناه و قاومناه .
وحتى هذا الحين ،،،، فنعم للبرادعي

Since we are not far from the pro-democracy movement in Egypt
Since Egypt has been deprived from power rotation for many years
Since we are with our choice even if it is the wrong choice and against a right choice imposed on us
Because Al-Baradei is capable of creating a struggle, and if we succeed in imposing Al-Baradei, we will regain our confidence in our ability to bring change
Because if we impose Al-Baradei, using our power, we are confident we will be able to change him
Because as Egyptian citizens our right to choice has been wasted
Because the current regime is close to make us lose our ability to dream
Since we are for the right for all to equal opportunities and fair elections
Because fair elections means that we will accept the people’s choice
Since during the last dry years any opportunity for a candidate besides the President has been marginalized, despite Egypt being country of over 80 million
Since we refuse to be governmental NGOs working to satisfy the government, co-opting with it and giving our backs to the people
Since we are from the people, having what they have and suffering what they suffer
Even though Al-Baradei is not our saviour
He is a ray of light, a breath of oxygen in a suffocating world
For all of this,
We support Al-Baradei, we will work with him. If he is right we will support him, if he errs we will resist him
Until then, it’s Yes to Al-Baradei
